Opting to stay with what he knows, Dolf Luque signed an extension with the Greyhounds earlier today that will keep the 35-year-old in a Limavady uniform for at least 3 years longer.

Officials for the Somerset Sabres confirmed that they have traded 32-year old starting pitcher Steve Gromek, 28-year old starting pitcher ANDY COOPER and a 3rd round draft pick to the Limavady Greyhounds. In return, the Sabres will receive a 2nd round draft pick.
Since his debut in the league, COOPER has posted 62 victories and 43 defeats with an ERA of 3.56.
