Saturday, August 17th, 1929: Lindstrom 5-6 for Red Foxes
5 hits in a game doesn't happen every day. Pembroke's Freddie Lindstrom had a very special day against the Gladiators when everything came together for him and he did just that -- collected 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and led the Pembroke Red Foxes to a 13-2 win at Sydney Parade.

"I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Lindstrom said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em."

F. Lindstrom singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off S. Trout in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.

Lindstrom is currently batting .312 with 15 home runs and 92 RBIs.
