Sunday, June 11th, 1922: PARAGO Blanks Dragons
In an outstanding mound performance, GEORGE PARAGO of the Hampshire Hawks scuttled the Glamorgan Dragons 3-0 on a 3-hit shutout, ringing up 5 strikeouts and giving up 2 walks.

"He's got great stuff and good movement," the Glamorgan manager said after the game.

"He threw a lot of breaking balls. He made adjustments. We just couldn't figure him out today."

In 1922 PARAGO has compiled a 4-4 mark with a 3.36 ERA.
