Home Nations Baseball Association News Article | |  | Thursday, December 16th, 1926: Archer and Keupper Traded A trade between the Clontarf Bulls and the Yorkshire Phoenix was made official this morning. The Clontarf Bulls have sent 29-year old starting pitcher Jim Archer, 24-year old minor league closer Glenn Liebhardt and $22,700 in cash to the Yorkshire Phoenix in exchange for 33-year old starting pitcher Henry Keupper and $12,700 in cash.
In his career Archer has tossed 91 innings, fanned 59 batters and walked 36. His lifetime won-lost record is 2 wins and 10 losses with a 4.95 ERA.
Since he joined the league, Keupper has collected 23 victories and 33 defeats with a 3.23 ERA. | |
